This package was designed to capture the fleeting first year. The first year is the fastest year of your little one's life, so don't miss a second! Ideal times for these sessions are maternity, newborn, 3-4 months, 6-8 months (sitting), and 1 Year. You may choose an heirloom portrait session for either the sitting or 1 year session, if desired.

The Baby's First Year Collection packages are customized for each client. I would love to help you create the perfect package for your needs.

Cotton heirloom sessions are designed to capture the innocence of childhood and provide you with classic, timeless heirloom portraits of your little ones. These types of images have been around for generations and will be cherished for many years to come.

Starting from our first conversation, I will ask a few questions to be sure that we schedule the session that is perfect for your family, from the time of day to the location and the length of the session. I will guide you through outfit choices and talk you through every step of the process.

Once you decide you're ready to book with me, we will compare our calendars and pick a date that works for both of us. I take a limited number of sessions per month, so reach out early to ensure availability. I will guide you through choosing the best time of day and location for your family.

My goal is to make your experience fun and stress-free.

Book

After booking, I will send over my wardrobe style guide so that you are able to start picking out your family's outfits for our session together. During the time between booking and our session together, you are welcome to play dress up and send your favorite options to me. During this time, be sure to time your family's haircuts, and treat yourself to an appointment at your favorite nail salon if you so choose. Your hands will show in your images (especially newborn sessions), so keep all of the little details in mind as you're preparing for our time together.

Session Preparation

Show up for your session ready to enjoy being in the presence of your loved ones.

You've dreamt of and spent so much time preparing for our session together, so now it's time to capture the memories you've envisioned filling your home.

Session Day!

Two to three weeks after your session, you will receive an online password-protected gallery of your images. This is where you will choose your favorites, and we will discuss how you'd like to enjoy them.

You can purchase prints and digital files through your gallery, and I will help you with album design and/or framed artwork for your home.
